After a 51 week programme we are delighted to have handed over these beautifully restored heritage buildings to our client.
We worked alongside Harwell Science and Innovation Campus and AJA Architects to completely strip back the existing rundown buildings, practically to their shells, then restore and refurbish the buildings creating brand new contemporary office space whilst ensuring any original features were carefully restored.
In addition to the refurbishment works, we delivered a large environmental improvements package. We used our experienced team of operatives to deliver the civil engineering elements and we feel this brings some great advantages including quality assurance and programme certainty.
This really was an enjoyable project to be apart of and the end result look great!
