Our Team

Neil is an extremely organised member of the Sienna team, with great communication skills and an eye for detail. He combines this with a very broad base of practical experience from his many years on site carrying out both technical and management roles. Having spent many years on site, Neil naturally progressed in to more head office based roles, including Managing Estimator and ultimately at a Director level appointment. Both site based and office based roles have entailed working in new build, refurbishment and civil engineering fields.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, combining practical site knowledge with his extensive experience in tendering, Neil’s unique perspective on the challenges of projects can lead to alternative suggestions and better value for clients.

Away from the office Neil is a very keen sailor and also enjoys skiing and snowboarding.

Ed has over 30 years construction experience and has delivered projects across all sectors for a range of high profile clients. Combining his hand on experience as a quantity surveyor and contracts manager has ensured he is capable of getting the job done in whatever conditions that arise. He possesses excellent communication skills and is an organised, confident, reliable, and widely experienced member of the Sienna team, with a positive approach. Ed will personally oversee projects, visit weekly, and present monthly progress meetings.

Away from the office Ed is a huge rugby fan and like all the Directors at Sienna, Ed is a keen skier during the Winter months.

Chris has extensive knowledge and experience of working within the construction industry, and in particular working on site, and therefore has a valuable understanding and knowledge of what it takes to ensure projects are delivered to our clients expectations. Chris is a very hands on member of the construction team and will be involved from pre contract stage through to the contract completion. Chris will provide invaluable support to the site team including programming, design coordination, financial control, client liaison and monitoring the quality and administration of all site functions. Chris is also the Director in charge of Health, Safety, Environment and Quailty. 

Promoting an open and honest collaborative approach, Chris prides himself on building strong customer relationships; aiding the successfully delivery of his projects. 

Away from the office Chris is a keen motorcyclist, he has a number of bikes, all for different genres. One of his favourites includes a Enduro Bike, which he races 8-9 times a year. He also enjoys golf and has been a lifelong Saints Fan!

Having graduated from University with an Hons Degree in Construction, Warren has worked for regional contractors since 1997 progressing from Junior Site Engineer to Senior Estimator roles. Warren joined Sienna in 2016 as a Director and Chief Estimator. His attention to detail is second to none, and his broad experience of civil engineering and building processes means he is able to discuss and understand the Clients requirements during the pre-construction stage, as well as ensuring a smooth transition to the Contracts team upon award of a project.

Warren has a young family which take up the majority of his spare time. He is a also keen football fan and an FA level 1 Coach which comes in very useful when he’s running his son’s youth football team.
