We were delighted to secure this project in the heart of Chichester's industrial estate to construct a new single storey industrial unit for Oldham Seals Ltd.
The new building consisted of a steel frame design with cavity brick/block wall, door sets and windows, together with a composite Kingspan roofing system to a specified RAL colour. Internally we constructed a concrete power floated floor throughout with a kitchenette and welfare facility. We also installed all associated mechanical and electrical systems, internal ceilings and doors to fire specification.
Our team of direct labour also carried out associated hard and soft landscaping.
