At Sienna we believe the right team selection is vital to the success of any project. We believe it’s the people running the projects that’s important, people with the right construction knowledge and experience to manage the construction process from start to finish, this approach will achieve excellent delivery.

We also understand that no two projects are the same. That’s why we carefully select a specialist team for their individual needs based on their expertise and experience of delivering similar works.

All our staff are handpicked for their experience and approach to working on all types of projects.

Flexible Approach

We hold a large team of skilled and experienced direct labour which gives Sienna great flexibility in our approach to projects, particularly when working in occupied premises when out of hour’s works may be necessary. We can react very quickly to emergency works and give a real personal approach and service to our client’s project needs.

Our ‘Client Satisfaction Procedure’ monitors and measures customer satisfaction, through a closed-loop feedback process enabling continual development of our quality assurance process.

Innovation and continuous improvement, experience and knowledge are the key to maintaining a thriving environment for our customers and the wider industry and we actively encourage and welcome new ideas from our employees.

Our policies 9001, 14001, 45001 are all part of continuous improvement. They are monitored every 6 months and audited externally annually. Internal and external audits are undertaken and a proactive approach evident with all training requirements within the company.

We are committed to achieving the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality at all times, ensuring that all employees and subcontractors under our control are working within a safe and healthy environment.

We have a proactive approach to these fundamental issues and actively encourage and educate staff on new legislation and trends. This helps to promote a positive attitude towards these fundamental issues, particularly when working within very controlled environments.

Mark Collier, our HSEQ Manager, is an experienced health, safety, environmental and quality professional who has the added benefit of having worked within live site environments as a project manager including many years at Heathrow Terminal 5. We feel this gives Mark the ability to interact with our project team’s on a more personal level, creating a better attitude to these fundamental issues and most importantly resulting in safer sites.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Mark has brought some great ideas forward to improve Sienna’s approach to these fundamental issues. From the recent HSEQ results we can already see the benefits of these improvements. Mark has a great deal of knowledge in this area and encourages an ‘open door’ approach, ensuring a mutually rewarding working environment for everyone involved in our projects.
