After a competitive tendering period we were thrilled to secure this very worthwhile project to construct a new cafe on West Wittering's Beach.
The overall vision for this project was to provide a comfortable and environmentally friendly cafe for all visitors to enjoy throughout the year. As well as ensuring we maintain the rural and undeveloped nature of the beach.
The new facility now stands proud on West Wittering Seafront and provides:
- Cafe and lounge area
- Ice cream parlour
- Commercial kitchen and stores
- Beach shop
- Education Room
- Staff Room
- WC's
- External units (i.e. Fish & Chips, Burger & Chips etc.)
- Re-routing of existing road together with associated external improvements
After many years in the planning, it was great to work alongside such a passionate client and design team and help them to deliver their vision for this new facility!
